Answers to your doubts or perplexities

1) What kind of music will be proposed?

Weddingparty does not perform live music or live interpretations but Deejay Set with strictly original songs.

NO Downloaded music from You Tube or similar. Following exclusively your tastes, we will provide all the original songs, without any limitations.

The reception is usually divided into 6 phases:

​

  1. The Aperitif: the music must welcome your guests and at the same time create the right atmosphere while waiting for your arrival.

  2. The Entrance of the bride and groom into the hall: usually the Wedding March is proposed, but there will be the possibility of choosing an alternative song of your choice.

  3. The Entertainment: if you like, moments of entertainment will be proposed during lunch or dinner (Game of the Bride and Groom, Bouquet Throw, Karaoke) and the music becomes a background always in line with your tastes.

  4. The Spouses First Dance: the first dance as a married couple... one of the most romantic moments of the reception.

  5. The Cake Cutting: for this moment you will have the option to choose a song that you particularly like or rely on the DJ's suggestion.

  6. The Wedding Party: the party gets going with friends and relatives who will be involved in music of all times and genres of your liking

2) Are there any games or special moments of entertainment planned?

As always happens, a wedding lunch or dinner includes breaks of about 10-15 minutes between one course and the next, and a longer break of about 20-30 minutes during the sorbet. To make these moments exciting or fun, some moments of entertainment will be proposed, some examples:

Games suggested by friends: please let us know in advance and we will give them all the support you need.

Karaoke: or the possibility, for those who are able, to dedicate a song to the bride and groom or simply to cheer up a day of celebration

The Bouquet Toss: the bride and her friends who, under the direction of the DJ, will try their hand at a fun bouquet toss.

3) What if the reception takes place in several separate areas? Our offer includes the coverage of 3 separate areas, for example the aperitif area (garden or hall), the lunch/dinner room and the cake cutting area. If it is necessary to cover more areas and separate the musical genres, everything will be evaluated together with the bride and groom during the introductory appointment or after having carried out an inspection of the structure that will host the reception.

4) How long does the service last?

On average, a standard wedding requires a commitment of 8 hours without considering the assembly and dismantling of the necessary service, however for particular needs the coverage can be extended with the methods to be agreed together.

5) How long before the wedding is required to book the service ?

At least 3 months in advance, if the wedding takes place in spring or autumn/winter, while 6 months in advance are necessary if the wedding takes place in summer, as the number of requests is greater.

​6) Is a reservation required for lunch or dinner for the DJ and any Staff?

Yes, lunch or dinner is required for 2.

 

7) S.I.A.E. Tax

S.I.A.E., Italian Society of Authors and Publishers, is a tax you should pay to be allowed to play music in Italy during wedding and events.

The venue where your wedding will take place will ask you copy of the SIAE payment and document.
No possibility to play music without the payment.

The cost of SIAE is about 290€.
